:thumb: We don't have many quality Ole Miss posters. (Where has Col Reb been?) Please stick around! I was able to hear Coach Nutt speak this summer at a fund raiser and he's a pretty funny guy.
He was talking about trying to get to know his players. He began by setting up appointments for each of the guys to meet with him but they were not showing up. So he decided to visit them at home. He said he would go to their apts off-campus and knock on the door. *knock knock* Player: "Who is it?" Coach: "Coach Nutt." Player: "Naw, man really... who is it?" Coach: "Coach Nutt!" Player mumbles "Oh $hit!" Coach hears stuff moving around, papers being thrown... Player opens the door and says "Hey coach!"
The past? Well, I'm looking into the future and I can already see that you will not be the SEC West division champions (again), much less a National Champion this year or the foreseeable future. Can you say that about LSU? Yeah, YOU probably can, but you'd be lying to yourself.
We ALL KNOW that Nutt is winning with Ed's Players so just let it filter through and they will be right where they belong in a year or 2!!!
ah, how much are you getting paid to look into that crystal ball? (you need to give the money back) Sure LSU has been great the past ten years or so but need I remind you of Gerry DiNardo and Curley Hallman they went 49-52 (in the 90's)
That is a weak argument. No matter who recruited the players Houston Nutt still had to coach them. How good are the players that Ole Miss has anyway? They were 3-9 last year... And Houston Nutt won at Ark with "His" players.
