I think we played about as well as we can on defense, but Florida was VERY conservative.

Our offense is atrocious. Has been all season.

Over and above all that, this team is poorly coached. All the penalties. We look disorganized. Questionable decision making.

Great teams don't do that stuff. I still think we'll lose 3, which is not actually bad considering how bad we are on offense.

Two things that are clear to me:

    The OLine is absolutely horrible

JJ can not think straight once any pressure gets around him. You have to get rid of that ball on 4th downs. It's a sin to take those sacks.

Did you notice the commentators mentioned not seeing Shep in the game too! We weren't the only ones wondering! He also mentioned that Meyer allowed him to go to his "closed practice" on Wednesday so those creeps knew all along Tebow was gonna play.

    Agreed
Agreed but it is hard to think straight when you are pressured as much as he is under by the other team.
It wouldn't have hurt to put JL in for the last 2 series, the games was pretty much lost then!

:geaux: The LSU defense played well enough to win this game tonight, no doubt. The offense's lack of ability to move the ball against Florida's top-ranked defense led to the loss. I'll take "ugly Tennessee Vol defense" if they keep playing like they did tonight. Again, I don't think anyone else this year will hold UF to 13. :LSU231:

Tebow played the entire game. That makes him the player of the game by default with the whole concussion story.

Defense played to win this game. Offense didn't. Bottom line.

The offense needs some major adjustments, and quickly.

Stop all this crap of looking back to the line of scrimmage for the play call. It seems to confuse more than help.

Offensive line needs to go to the buffet, then learn how to block better.

We played bad on offense but, I'm still p/o'd because the Gator team came out before the game and stomped on the eye of the Tiger. Not very classy at all.

Looks like we gave it a great effort, but got beat by the #1 team in the country, and probably the best college football player of all time. Oh well, lets move on...
