    in honor of Jefferson's first start, i'll commence playing Beethoven's 5th at the start of the 3rd quarter, aptly described by Ludwig (the beginning of the 1st movement at least as:

    "FATE KNOCKS ON THE DOOR."

    And LSU holds Arkansas to zero first downs in the second quarter. Nice turnaround by the defense.

    Tigers are in good shape, I don't mind the FG so much as it was an aggressive 3rd down call, didn't work out, and we still want the sure chance to be up by more than 1 score.

    We should own the rest of this game barring crazy events.

    We had the issue in 06 with Holiday and Williams not seeing the field until after we had 2 losses.

    You do realize that if Lee had not gotten hurt, JJ would never be heard of this season and would be fighting an uphill climb going into 09? That is disconcerting.

    OKAY, if the rain continues and it gets really sloppy, I hope we can have success running the ball. Right now our air attack is the forte (which is surprising.)
