First of all, this was an excellent victory although the defenses kept the offenses stagnant and the LSU crowd out of it for the most part.

casey, are you going to try and argue that he plays this well every single game? Come the **** on

Thank you phildman. I thought this would be a bigger thread. LSU has a chance to beat UCONN and Saban's BAMA in the same week. Couls really help our RPI and rankings.

Great game tigers. Also if Mason would have shot a decent percentage this could have been ugly.

Great way to end both halfs. You can see they are really coming along now.

The two players I worry about most, Tac and Rolle, really stepped and played the way the need to. Minor was under control for the most part and came off the bench to bring the energy we needed when we started to look sluggish. Magnum played more physical in the paint and showed some confidence.

Temple is the man. The announcers mentioned what Brady said about him.
He is off the charts in unselfishness and the intangibles. Very true and that is what I love in a role player who is the number 1 defender on the team.

    Geaux Tigers

    How bout those Tigers?
I was worried after the Washington game but I think we are going to be alright.
Its amazing just how bad UConn played the second half though!
Tack was great and I thought he was the difference in the game by getting
us over the hump to end the first half.
That long 3 really changed the momentum!
The one thing that I noticed is I wish they would've passed the ball on that
2-1 break, we could've gotten a couple more easy points.

Alabama's collapse at Arkansas today also told me we have a chance.
I hear Ronald Steele and company hasn't played all that well as of late.
I also saw them lose to Notre Lame!

ND is very good. I fear Bama will clean our clocks, but tonight is encouraging.

I heard during the game that Steele was battling with an injury. Not sure what it is or how serious. Sounds like a nagging injury by the way Dicky V. worder it.

The way LSU started out I can't believe they won. But they reached down deep and did what they had to do. A real mark of a championship team.
