What a relief. I really though we would pull away the second half.

    Troy sure played to win.

I know we all wanted to see a change at QB tonight (including me), but I'm wondering does anyone see any good that it might have done to stay with Randal and get the win?

Wow, a national championship to "needing" a win over Troy...

    Troy...

    That, once again, is "Troy"...

    in a mere 10 months.

:dis: Oh, brother, I need a drink.

Well, this obviously isn't last years team. No Matt Mauck, no Michael Clayton, no Stephen Peterman, no Rodney Reed. The offense was bound to struggle. The defense is only a tad worse though. They've stepped up this year for the most part when they've needed to.

Dropped 10 large on this one ... It busted me for 2004

But, no matter ... Am overjoyed that LSU came back and won it with a gutty drive and TEAM effort

Off to work ... God Bless you True Tiger Fans

dont be to hard on Randall, Jamarcus may have struggled too, although I wished Saban would have put him in. When you can't run it makes it tough on the QB. Our O line needs work, help, support, donations, crap they need SOMETHING soon !

FOlks we had less than 100 yards total rushin in this game. That's why JV isn't out there shining, We don't have anyone blowing the opponent off the ball like we did last year. Randall was the leading rusher.

I didn't watch the game, but I think once Marcus struggles throwing the ball is an after thought for him, he immeadiately is inclined to take off and run. Jamarcus hangs back in the pocket and finds an open receiver, thats what I like about him (although he has taken a few sacks that way this year). Outside of Whitworth and Wilkerson are O-Line is in shambles, and both of them might be gone next year so it could be worse.

I think You are wrong on these accounts, We need a mobile Qb when we have a poor offensive line.

Jamarcus makes just as many screw ups as Marcus, I've seen him "hang" back in the pocket and toss it up for grabs. Jamarcus doesnt look to his second reciever.
BUT I think it's more of a lack of protection than his fault.

Marcus should have been taken out earlier I do agree.
Marcus' problem is he telegraphs where he is going to and then after a interception he gets gun shy.

Witworth and Wilkerson need to step it up also, don't exclude them just because of who they are.

Given a good offensive line, this game would have been much different. I think EITHEr Qb would be fine behind a good O line. We would have 200 yards rushing and the pressure would have been off of Randall OR JR.

does this make sense? think about it.
