First time I've had the camera angle to see an open receiver down the field, we hit him for a TD.

 

That missed extra point reminded the players that they played for LSU and not some Div-II school.

 

Now the running game will open up more.

We seem to be getting better pressure on the QB than in the last 2 games.

 

we are playing state not bama.

 

We've held Moo st. to only 171 yards so far. Only 132 passing.

 

The reason he got open is because we DID call short passes and runs up the middle. C'mon people, you know how football works. We've run a deep route on over half the passing plays, but it just aint open every single time. If our WRs were getting open, JR would go for them more often...if he forces a deep ball and gets an INT, he gets in trouble.
