Looks like the guys are playin with fire now. Putting Chris Jackson in the lineup and Smoke geting tossed out of the game last Saturday seemed to be a major turning point in the season. There is still a ton of bball left so enjoy winning the battle, but the war isn't over. It is amazing that there is a four way tie for 3rd place. We need the 'Cocks to win dammit! RP, Harris, Stav and Gill's hot hitting have finally gotten timely hits. Still need Liuzza and Will to hit better. Both Harris' and Liuzza combined 0-11. Imagine the score if those three combine just for 3-11. Not sure what Smoke is going to do about Lane, and our Friday spot. I wouldn't mind Dr. D and Lane switching roles. Determann deserves it since it is his last season :cry: :cry: :cry: !!!! We will miss him next year. When Gill goes back to SS, is Hollander out of the lineup (Hebert PH again unfortunately)? Damn, I had a hunch they'd win 2 of 3 this weekend, but this def looked like it would be the one loss. Bats bailed out bad pitching. Good win for the Tigahs. Also, what the hell was the Hog manager thinking pitching to Stav with a base open? I'd rather take my chances on a guy whose 0-4 then pitch the Stav. Bad managerial move. But, who cares, worked out well for LSU.
