    I keep hearing tons of rumors about him, but one is that he may not have the grades to enroll early. Can’t confirm, but that would seem like a legit reason why he keeps backing this decision up.

    Bobby Burton of 247 is reporting that Evans did sign early with UGA, but they did not process his letter of intent. That is painfully interesting.
