Certainly can tell that 3rd and Chavis is no longer the LBer coach. LSU/Steele just offered yet another LBer...something like the 12th LBer offer on the table from LSU. Isn't that like Chavis' last 3 years combined offers which is why LSU is so thin at LBer. Anyway, the latest to get one is Tre Lamar out of GA, a MLB. Still like LSU signing maybe 5 LBers with Chattman (S --> LBer) committed, then White and Divinity from LA, Joyner from NC, and McCullough from TX. Only McCullough would be much of an surprise to sign with LSU but I still think LSU has a good chance with him.
LSU 2016 football recruiting going to form so far. See where DT Briston Guidry (ranked around 320th best player-very low 4*) committed to Arkansas and wouldn't be much of a surprise to see DE Caleb Roddy (ranked around 580th best player-3*) head to Arkansas. IMO, these would have been fallback options for LSU because obviously LSU is going after supposed bigger fish than these LA kids...both in-state and out-of-state. I never had them signing with LSU, and if I remember correctly, Guidry was the guy who committed to Miss State and then decommitted fairly recently. Guidry I believe does have an LSU offer...Roddy does not.
