How old is he/she? The island is so small chances are that I know him/her. Hopefully I won't be driving because I don't want to drive 15 hours, but I'm not sure if the flight isn't going to get cancelled.

I wish I could, but there are no flight to New Orleans tomorrow available, the storm is getting slower and slower so it looks like I should be able to get out Friday morning.

Swerved It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.

If anyone's interested, I've been saving the noaa water vapor loop images since early this morning... one pic each half hour... their animation is only 8 frames, I find it interesting to watch a longer loop.. so far I have 31 frames... I'll miss a few when I go to bed tonight, but when it's all said and done, I should have an interesting "movie" of the hurricane's path.... here's what I got so far...

The Florida/MTSU game has been postponed ... will be played on October 16.

No decision yet on the Miami/FSU game.

Turks and Caicos lucky ... hurricane winds but not too bad

Bahamas getting hammered ... it's going right up the gut ...

This thing has been a steady storm ... Miami looks to get the edge and 75 mph winds from this thing ...

look out just 50 miles north of miami
