Saints signed this kid out of last week's rookie camp. Great hands, decent speed and is a nasty blocker. The odds of him making the jump from D-II to the NFL are very long, but he could be an interesting guy to watch this summer.
Yes, I'm not sure why they don't just trade Brees and start over from scratch. They have no idea how to manage his salary and their cap while building a team. He was decent at rushing the passer in blitz schemes, but you've got to figure he's a step or 2 slower now due to the miles he's added to his legs.
