Nope. No president has ever used the "recess app't" like Obama did. He abused it. 9 Supreme Ct justices said so. NOT ONE dissenting opinion. Kinda hard to argue. They've used it in true times of "recess", yes; but not when there wasn't a prescribed time. And I'm not sure but think the Ct's interpretation will tighten the use of that tactic so Orgasm has hurt those who follow him. Not that it's a bad thing.
This case wasn't so much about recess appointments in general, as prior Presidents have made more than PBO. It was about him sneaking 3 new NLRB appointments in in January of 2012. The President claimed that Congress was not in session but that wasn't the case. He just did what he does when he gets frustrated or doesn't like the laws that require certain actions....he bypasses it because he chooses to. Both parties have been jockeying around trying to subvert the process and long-standing protections for the minority party. It's typical Washington game-playing and it's getting tiring. Pathetic that the SC had to waste it's time playing kindercare.

It's stuff like this that turns me off about the dick. A leader just does not engage in this kind of behavior. CEO's, Town Mayors, Governors, etc just don't get in (and stay in) pissing contests publicly. Think about the workplace in general. An employee gets disciplined, leaves his superior's office, and tells his colleagues about the BS that went down. The "boss", on the other hand, doesn't go round telling everyone about the incident and how/why he was right, etc. HE is the "leader" HE should set the tone...but in the case of the weakass in the whitehouse, he doesn't cause he's a classless piece of shyt who lacks self confidence.
