Read some of the personal testimonials on HealthCare.gov’s Facebook page: Florida Blue, for example, is terminating about 300,000 policies, about 80 percent of its individual policies in the state. http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapot...bamacare-than-have-filed-an-exchange-account/
More good news from the Obama administration....Lets see they are gutting $700 billion from Medicare resulting in seniors getting their doctors cut...they lied about individuals ability to keep their own insurance....they hired a crony of Michelle to build the website whose company was fired by Quebec for incompetence...they WILL NOT release any information on the sign up (from the most transparent administration in history) fuck up. You libs wonder why we don't trust big government....this is it in a nutshell. The Obama administration and their "progressive" hangers on believe the individual is an idiot who needs to be lead by the hand when in fact they (the Obama administration) are so incompetent that they can't do even the simplest job well. BTW this isn't a simple job and they have fucked it up spectacularly. Oh well they meant well and as you know that is all that is required of a "progressive". http://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/seniors-hurt-obamacare-article-1.1504414
They expected the same people that run the IRS, USPS, Medicare/Medicaid, and trillion dollar deficits to be able to manage the healthcare and insurance industry? Not to mention the 7+ trillion they've added to the national debt in 5 years. The rich get richer. The poor get more and the middle class is still footing the bill.
You do realize that I live in NC don't you? I just turned 40, very healthy, never go to the doctor....same for my wife and kids with the exceptions of checks ups, flu shots, etc. Not only that but I pay for half of my employees health care, which are primarily made up of young men with the exception of a few ladies who work in our office. If you read this article and believe what these guys claim then my premiums should be going through the freaking roof, Pride! But guess what? Go back and look at my post from a few days ago....my premiums are actually going down....not by much....about 250 bucks per year, but we are getting better, more comprehensive coverage for everyone as well.
You do understand it is a facebook page that anyone with a heartbeat who isn't physically disabled to the point of not being able to type can write anything they want right? That is your example, Tiga? Come on, brother, we smarter than that! Sounds like Florida Blue wasn't offering the kind of coverage they should have been offering, Tiga. Listen man, over half of medial related bankruptcies have come from folks who HAVE health insurance. Do you know what that means? It means the insurance they were paying for wasn't insurance at all. Is it striking you as new information that the insurance industry has a bad seed or two?
Did you read it? It was very clear about a specific age group and what states. It wasn't a general statement for the entire country. You ASKED where this was happening...
Just did a quick search and threw up what first came up, essentially. Figured even if I got some "victims" to speak to you vai skype you still wouldn't believe. The kind the government says "they should". And the "bad seed or two", really? You think that big of a turnover is an annual thing? Time will tell. I hope your optimism prooves to be true but I just don't see it- based on the little I've been following. Sometimes I wonder if you're head is stuck in the sand...then think maybe mine is.
Yes, I read it. However, I am living, breathing proof that the premiums for 40 year old males are not going up 305%, so how credible is this article? One thing I noticed that the article failed to mention was that the younger, lower income people that they suppose will see this abnormal rise in rates are the ones who will be getting subsidies to offset those increases....IF they are what you say they are.
The government cannot "give" something without first "taking" something. Someone has to pay for it. That said, are you not seeing stories like this? http://freebeacon.com/obamacare-raising-premiums-hurting-middle-lower-class/
