The last several pages of this thread are indicative of the problems facing our country. People arguing over who is at fault instead of people coming together to fix it.

    Thats actually been my point.

Obama is our leader. Like him or hate him, but it is up to HIM to bring this shit back on track.

Stop the blame game and get to work..

No, it's not just up to him. It's up to the entire congress and Obama. I have no love for Obama, but until our "leaders" quit the blame game and come together to fix the problems, it will just be more of the same.

imho. i feel the "leaders" of this country should do what is necessary to allow businesses and hardworking taxpayers to thrive and quit worrying about getting the votes of the tax leeches. cut back on all the bs regulations. get govt out of the way and companies can take care of themselves. lower corporate taxes and companies will bring jobs back to America. cut down on welfare benefits and make the lazy asses get a job or let them starve. take care of only those that need it and not those sitting on the bench with a 40 oz in their hand at 7:30am waiting on their checks. Cut taxes, cut spending.

So that its Constitutionality can be affirmed and the GOP can shut up about it.

The court is going to find it unconstitutional. Also car insurance is different I am not forced to have it and I don't have it.

Wait a minute. Not everyone wants to pay for health insurance, but they damn sure show up at emergency rooms where they are treated and that expense is passed on to those who are paying for their insurance . . . the people around you. It's a matter of fairness. If insurance is not mandatory, freeloaders will simply refuse to possess it until they think they need it if ever. Meanwhile hospital and insurance costs for the rest of us go up.

The point is that if you want to drive a car, then you are obligated to possess insurance. Likewise, if you want to live in America and get the mandated emergency care, then you must be insured. Otherwise you are a freeloader.

Stop trying to imagine what I think because you suck at it. I've stated my points quite clearly.

It hasn't so far. Republicans have been handing out tax breaks like candy and still the factories are sent overseas.

Welfare hasn't worked that way since the Clinton reforms of the 1990's. No one qualifies if they don't have dependent children and they can only get it for three years. Meanwhile they have to get training and look for work. There are not a huge amount of people on welfare anymore, mostly single moms.

The biggest block of people getting government benefits are YOU and the rest of the middle class. The huge part of the deficit is Social Security and Medicare. Funny, the GOP is not advocating doing way with that. They demand tax cuts but won't make the spending cuts that matter.

please explain my govt benefits? working 3 jobs and paying taxes and rent and for food and cell phone and utilities as opposed to dante and shaquillatwon who gets food stamps, free cell phones, govt assisted utilities and reduced rent housing and still spitting out kids and got the rims and boom box stuff going on. i live in the delta where homey dont needs no deeploma cause theys gurna dribe tractors and drank beer n smokes weed and have kids scattered all over the place.
i watch my spending and pay over $900 a month for child support on my 3 kids. laquan over here gets $125 a month garnished for his 5 chilrens and it pisses him off. the longer i live in mississippi the more republican i become. the onger i live in the delta the more racist i will become and if this country ever goes into a civil war type thing i'm cold smoking some democrats.
