The ACLU is appeased and everyone gets to keep talking about that baaaaad President Bush, instead of focusing on what is going on in the country today, and who is in charge now. Obama is gonna ride this Bush bashing donkey 'till it dies, and the media will extend that past it's normal expiration. But sooner or later, looking backwards won't work anymore. And to the two brilliant comments of Red's about Bush being responsible for leaks - prove it. Oh he can't, but that standard doesn't apply to him when he wants to spread his Pravda. I believe it, therefore it is my stance. Confidence is often mistaken for pomposity by the doubtful. If torture is vital, then it must be covert precisely because it is illegal and immoral.
