I support not only the death penalty but I also support executions on pay per view. Any criminal with a life (or more) sentence should just geaux ahead and die. Why wait it out? If only this country supported corporal punishment a little bit more like other countries and embraced the death penalty, then perhaps a few more innocent victims would be alive today. Oh wait, that just might be perceived as pro life...
I won't argue with you. I am pro-life, and I support the death penalty. I see no inherent contradiction in protecting an innocent unborn child, while executing a felon who has been found guilty by the legal system of unlawfully taking an innocent life. One has earned the sentence of death, the other hasn't.
You make pro life seem like a bad thing. I want innocent babies to live. I want rapists and murderers to die. Is there a problem here? Or, I could say that I'm pro life when it comes to the victims of the death row vermin. You're just special.:thumb:
Since when do I need an invitation to comment? And I've been confused before, but it certainly hasn't been from one of your stances.
I'm anti-abortion and pro-death penalty. To me, it isn't a black or white issue at all, and I don't feel a hypocrit for having those stances simultaneously. The others who've already responded with their views of the differences between the two spoke well enough as to how the two issues are not the same.
Its really not apples to oranges, the base and common demonator is human life. Who are you or anyone else to judge which one is worth more?
