You have to read between the lines with these scoundrels. They're very good at hiding their agenda.

Obama's "spread the wealth" (his words) philosophy doesn't bother me as much as other issues.

As far as the bailouts, it's kind of like 9/11. Something had to be done and quickly. As is Bush's modus operandi, he made a decision and acted on it, poll results be damned. Critics can now sit back, digest all of the information and wait for the outcome then criticize until the cows come home. At least he had the gumption to act. We won't be seeing that from now on. Under the Pelosi/Reid/Obama Gang of Three the political fallout will weigh much more heavily on Executive decisions than what's right for the country. Sad, but true.

Why do you always think a "quick" act is better than a "right" act?

And if you think that is ok then that is fine. Just own up to McCain being a socialist as well and we can end this discussion.

I'm not part of the Socialism debate.

Who says the bailout (misnomer by the way) was the wrong thing to do? Just because uninformed people yell and scream doesn't mean it's a bad thing to do. I, frankly, don't know at this point if it will solve the problem for bankrupt lenders and mortgage holders who are in danger of losing their homes. But if I was one of them, I would be happy that someone is trying to fix it. I guess you should get a new bumper sticker: "WWOD".

Injecting cash we don't have is bad.

    Whether borrowed or printed.

All we are doing is propping up a bubble.

All this "trying" to fix it is the problem. Let the market fix itself.
