No it isn't, you just don't understand what a legal entitlement is. It has nothing to do with what people think they are "entitled" to.

As a legal term, entitlement carries no value judgment: it simply denotes a right granted. The G. I. Bill is a government entitlement based on the right granted by Congress to those who have earned it.

in the case of red vs SF regarding whether "entitlement" in this context is an insult, red wins.

If the facts insult you, I'm not surprised. I was the one pointing out what a government success the GI Bill is. You just feel a need to disagree with everything I say.

Yes it is absolutely better than nothing, but it is poorly run (psst by the feds)

I guess it is all in what and who you belive. I choose not to belive a crooked snake from Chicago and his two liberal cronies. As I have stated, if 70+ % of America is against this bill then I'm with THEM. Like I said before, if it was a good bill it would have been passed already and they wouldn't have to stoop to these shenanigans to get it through. Bribes, back door deals and now this bullch!t "deem" it passed jazz. This bill sucks and that is why our only hope is to have it repealed before it takes effect in '12 or '14 don't remember which. Otherwise a falling sky would be much less painful than what will happen to this country.

some of the provisions dont even take effect until 2019 from what i have read. so there is even more a chance of laws changed.

also, something like 37-38 states are already having their ag's look at suing the federal govt over any requirements of everyone having insurance. i can help but wonder how that might tie parts of it up while going through legal challenges. just that part of it could get interesting, to say the least.

See what I mean, there would not be this much of a hooplah if this bill wasn't a huge smoking turd. The three stooges are going to pay a heavy price for what they are about to do. The dumb bastards don't even know it though. Just too blind to see. But keep drinking your Kool-aid Red. Keep thinking everything is gonna be alright.
