Look, when Obama's not thinking about states 51 & 52 (Baracktana & Obamaland), or insulting special needs people, he and his cronies are dreaming up ways to disarm the proletariat. Given his 2nd amendment track record in the senate, it's only a reasonable assumption. Given his track record, ideology, and abysmal start, i think he will end up way below George W. Bush in a Presidential Ranking. (Bush was ranked about mid-pack by a panel of respected scholars, from various ideologies, etc...I posted this some time ago in a separate thread. Katie Couric and Sean Penn will not be writing history books. But the fickle, skewed media of the time will have mention, and analyzed, physcoanalyzed that is.)
Regardless of how esteemed the voters are in any presidential ranking poll, I take their decisions with a grain of salt. I don't see how anyone can rank a historical figure with pure, unbiased eyes if the figure being ranked is still alive. Especially those as recent as Bush and as brand new as Obama, both of whose decisions as president still affect the world. I have a wait-and-see attitude with these things.
In the paragraph that you quoted from me, exactly which part were you referring too? Okay, i get it. Sure, Obama stated that there were 52 states (there's only 50 Rex), and sure, his senatorial track record vote was always against our second amendment rights. But that was under Bush's watch & of course Bush's fault. BUT he insulted Special Needs People under his own watch. You can't blame that one on Bush. ...or can you?:huh:
