Yes I will. How can you possibly say that Obama understands the need to be covert when he's releasing everything he gets his hands on? He even had to go to Langley to "explain" why he's ruining their lives.

Don't fret SF. Red will ride the Bush pony long after Obama and the media abandon it. It's nothing to take seriously, but accept his attempt at distraction as redemption that you have struck a truthful nerve.

When Obama finishes backing away from this pile of pooh that he dumped out on the lawn, he will just get praised for being "prudent", when in fact he is just being expedient.

And you won't hear any defense of the basic motivation by the dems to merely damage the former admin, and by extension, the republican party. It doesn't matter that some of the people crying the loudest were actually briefed on these techniques and were ok with it. Partisan at it's best, right up until they get caught.

But as dumb as Pelosi is, I can at least give her credit for doing it without a teleprompter.

Do you seriously think that this is everything he can get his hands on? Nothing is being released about Abu Gharaib that isn't common knowledge already.

It was a figure of speech not intended to be taken literally, Red. :dis:

The Abu Gharaib photos are incendiary and their release will serve no useful purpose other than al qaeda and taliban anti-American propaganda. If Obama can't see that, he's in the wrong job.

Does anyone besides me think that Bush threw the foot soldiers he claims to love so much to the wolves on Abu Gharib? Claiming it was a few bad apples?

    Obvious that it was policy.

Typical of you, don't even respond to the question, are you going to sit there and tell me that he didn't throw those soldiers under the bus?

A few bad soldiers my ass.

He's not responding to the question because, IMO he knows that's exactly what Bush did. If it's not torture, then why not admit that what those soldiers were doing was policy? how about you, did Bush throw those soldiers under the bus?

It would seem as a soldier, you would be seething when that happened.
