im in favor of population control, but i think it should be for people who don't work who continue to have kids just so they can get a check.

 

I dont believe as humans anyone has a right to say someone cant have kids, like the right to bear arms.

I think ending welfare would be the right route to take.

the best way to control population is to advance the economy. rich folks dont procreate like lunatics, unless they are mormons or something.
