Part of the charm of college football is the pageantry and history and the quirks. If you make it like a machine, it’ll be a machine like the nfl. I love that G5 teams have to fight against an unbalanced system to compete, and I personally think they should be thrown a bone when they do.

My suggestion would do exactly that.
