Which makes you wonder why ND would be slotted for this game. I know why. It's for all the bull**** reasons that is college football. Wisconsin or Auburn would have been better opponents if we didn't have the constraints we have with the current rules.

Losers of 8 straight bowl games. I guess that's what happens when a team is consistantly invited to bowl games they didn't earn their way into.
Ding..Ding..Ding. I just hope the Tigers can add to this case. ND should not be given special bowl consideration. If they tweak anything for next year this should be up on the list.
