Undoubtably. But it is important to note that the inspections were winding down and were about monitoring Iraq's future capability. The inspectors did not maintain that significant WMD's remained, that effort had been successful. If the US took out Saddam expecting to find WMD's, then we weren't listening to the experts who had spent the last 10 years with their boots on the ground in Iraq blowing them up.
