Based on Saban's public rants at Kiffin (and understand he did it in practice also) how does that effect Alabama's effort to recruit an OC? I don't think many coaches would want to have their asses chewed in front of the team (in practice) not to mention on national TV during games.
Coaches will put up with a lot of shit to be paid well and have a damned good chance to participate in the playoffs and win a national championship.
