Obviously we will see who is right...I actually hope you are. But I disagree with most of your thoughts here except for Shaw. Herman could have been had if we had been willing to pay up. We took the cheapest option and IMO that almost never works out, but we will see.

Better how do you define better hire? Is it win/loss record, grad rate, championships, or what because o is clearly lacking in those areas.
