you guys are missing the point on the hotel issue.

hotels are needed not just for ASU's 5000 fans, but for their team, travelling media and television crews, and travelling LSU....LSU....LSU....LSU fans.

the state is not going to displace thousands of refuges to get income for a football game for 2-3 days.

if you don't get it still, then email Skip and let him explain it better so you all understand.

What about the rest of the season games? I have heard that FEMA is thinking about buying all the rooms in most of the hotels in Baton Rouge for the evacuees for the next several months. If that is the case than LSU can't play one home game all year. What will Skip do about refunding all the season ticket holders?

I think this is our big chance. Who will question our might should we win this game? We could win by a point and still be heralded as the baddest bunch of mofos in the SEC. :geauxtige

our season is not shot. In fact i think we really come out fired up for this game and win by a good margin. I also believe the UT game will be played in TS.

To be honest, it sucks for the team, fans, and everyone involved. Tiger Stadium is a place that you never forget. I still remember my first game as a child it was LSU vs. RICE. So I love for opposing teams and fans to visit tiger stadium cause the atmosphere is 2nd to none. It's a place that a visting team only dreams of their stadium ever being. And when they leave with an LSU azz whipping they can always look back and say damn that place is freakin awesome. I can't wait to go again. So that's my take. Anyway whether we play ASU in Tempe, BR, or on the moon we will win and win BIG!! We are a national championship caliber team. Like someone said earlier great teams overcome adversity and the 2005 LSU TIGERS have the potential of being the greatest team ever in LSU history. :thumb:

I'm fine with it as long as I get a refund for my tickets that I already paid for.

The ticket office has stated that anyone who doesn't go to the game, will receive their money back. We are all pissed about this. Drop it already.

I haven't seen that statement. This is the first I've heard it indicated.

"Bertman said LSU will develop a plan in the near future for addressing ticket and parking issues for season ticket holders who have already paid for a schedule of seven home football games."
