Saban is a hypocrite, plain and simple.

 

It's not about denying it. It's about throwing another coach under the bus, especially one of your former coaches and one of your biggest rivals. Nick and Alabama have been players for years and years and to throw another coach under the bus when he's been feasting off of paying players under the table is wrong. Nick needs to learn to shut up because if Jimbo starts talking about how Saban had players paid during his stay in Tuscaloosa, then Nicky could find himself in deep water. Of course, that might be the thing that sends him into retirement. I can't stand Jimbo, but I just find it hypocritical that Saban feels like he can throw coaches (he also mentioned Deion) under the bus when he's made a living on paying players and did it when it was illegal!
