Ethanol is ethanol. It doesn't matter if it is beer, wine, rum, whiskey, vodka, tequila or anything else. It does matter how you drink and how much. Your attitude before and during, surroundings, health and many other factors determine what type of drunk you are going to be as well. Blaming it on tequila is just too simple, yet impossible prove. "I know what happens when I drink tequila" is not valid proof. You were drunk and a poor witness of your own behavior.
