I'VE BEEN WAITING 40 YEARS FOR THIS!!!!!

    WHO DAT!!!

I was sitting loge level in the end zone where the field goal was kicked just to the the right of the uprights. Went to the game with my brothers and father, who brought me to my first Saints game in Tulane Stadium in 1968. Ironically, we lost that game on a blocked field goal. It was so great to share that winning moment last night with them. Funny thing is, people have been asking me at work this morning what I was thinking as he set up that kick, and I realized that at that moment, it never occurred to me that he might miss it. I just knew it was our time.

The 'Dome was unbelievable! Loud, loud, loud, my ears are still humming today. I was on the field for the "Hakim drops the ball game", and being down there, I would say that was actually louder at times, but it wasn't the sustained loud that this game was. Only bad thing, I've been having a flareup of tendonitis in my knee, and there's no leg room in loge seating at all. We stood up most of the game anyway, but my leg is absolutely killing me. So what?

The Saints are going to the Super Bowl!!!!!

anybody else think this win is getting overhyped? it was great and a high-water mark for the team, but they havent won anything yet. dont want them to end up like the vikings or bills. i sure hope they dont lose their edge.

damn impressed with the OL. saints won against a great team and brees was a little off.

manning is better than favre. gonna be a shoot out with the colts.

True, but I think the Vikings D > Colts D, and yes, Brees was off. He missed on a few long balls that he usually doesn't miss on. I think they will be fine but its gonna be a great game.
