I don't care who starts as long as they can get the job done. If that's AJ then great, as i'm sure BH would be the first to congratulate him, and then take it upon himself to do what he needs to to get better. That's the kind of athletes LSU recruits.
Its just that I have heard that AJ is lacking in arm strength while BH really hums the ball and can make all the throws. Of course I'm not at practice so I haven't seen it for myself. And Paradise, just for your information, the wisdom of coaches decisions will ALWAYS be questioned no matter what. How many of us still question Miles not playing Jarrett Lee at all in the 2011 National Championship game when became painfully obvious that JJ wasn't getting the job done? Win that game and that LSU team goes down in history as possibly the greatest single season ever by a college football team.
Week one is highlighted by the first game on the SEC Network, pitting Texas A&M and South Carolina. The Aggies will enter a underdog, and 5Dimes has the Gamecocks a nine-point favorite. Here are the early week one lines, according to 5Dimes: LSU (-3) vs. Wisconsin Alabama (-23.5) vs. West Virginia Texas A&M at South Carolina (-9) Ole Miss (-8.5) vs. Boise State Temple at Vanderbilt (-21) Utah State at Tennessee (-6.5) http://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/2014/sec-football-early-week-1-betting-lines/
@LSUDad @bhelmLSU Are Jennings and/or Harris working out with the receivers? Whoever wins the QB battle will need to have comfort with them. Last year Mett, ODBjr & Landry worked out all summer and we saw how well they did. I hope the QBs and receivers spend all summer together.

We can keep that one pretty much "plain vanilla" and pull that one off. I'm not looking for any kind of blow out, but minus a few mishaps- We win by at least a TD. I'll jump on that one, soon as I can.
