    good lord.

    if violence is a big problem, the solution is NOT to desegrate and further isolate these kids. the soluton is to help them feel safe in any and all schools.

    I totally agree. We can't live in a bubble. A gay school would be a target for Christian terrorists.

    Wow... A PUBLIC school!? That's ridiculous.

    I must say, the gay kids at my school got picked on more than anyone else, but I don't ever remember them getting beat up.

    I thought segregation was a thing of the past. I just don't like separating people on such a basis. It isolates them from the general school population and creates a kind of ghetto environment.

    I hope you're not suggesting that we must flee from them? I'm sorry, but I just do not get all of this "fear of gays" business. Fags don't threaten me at all. They've always been here and they always will.

    I don't like activists getting in my face with gay pride parades and other such foolishness, but they just don't constitute "The Apocalypse" to me.
