Agree with all of that. I'm generally not in favor of the death penalty but only because i think it lets them off to easy - compared to life in a cell. But I go back and forth on for or against.

They can go ahead and inject them with battery acid as far as I'm concerned. The state Of Louisiana has postponed the execution of convicted murderer Jesse Sepulveda because the only readily obtainable drugs might cause him to suffer for a few minutes. What about his six year old victim who Sepulveda tortured for three days?

Right, but if Louisiana said it was going to give him an overdose of heroin that argument goes away. I know the lawyers would move on to the next thing - but the cruel death excuse is gone.

amy winehouse is long dead and gone. But I certainly hope it's not someone who's still part of an amazing movie that will come out soon.

Hoffman wouldn't have died from a heroin overdose if this country didn't archaic drug laws. Fact.

False, legal or not it still would have killed him. It baffles me that there are people who think drugs like heroine, meth, et al should be legal. Pot, who effing cares, but this shit fucks people up. Like, dead. Crazy mofo's

Shirley Temple was huge to my parents generation, right up there with Bing and Bob.

I'm interested to know why you feel this way. If he was chasing the dragon, he very well could have OD'd, despite our archaic drug laws. (which I agree with, BTW).

If the drugs weren't illegal people wouldn't have to go underground to get them. In Holland, and France, and even in the UK they have shooting galleries. Legal places where people can go to shoot up, with nurses and counsellors there to help addicts. No recorded deaths in the shooting galleries. Also I have another theory about Heroin. I break my leg, I get perscribed Norcos, I get addicted, doctor cuts me off, now I seek it out illegally, will take heroin if I have to, whoops i'm dead. We are consumers, life sucks, we need things to get us through life, for some it's beer, for some it's wine, others its pot, others its meth, for others its heroin. Heroin doesn't even come close to killing the amount of people per year tobacco and alcohol do. We gotta quit locking people up for 1, for 2 if all of it were legal and regulated you wouldn't see bad shit circulating. People say well what about the kids? Parent them. Stop using the government to parent your children. (not you of course, generally speaking)
