My wife and her family once played the Family Feud. The McCunes won as many times as they were allowed to before they were retired. They lost their very last game. (They auditioned at a try out in New Orleans and were selected.) My sister-in-law told me that on the plane ride out there, they bought a newspaper at a layover airport and there was an article about someone smuggling drugs into the US inside the body of a dead baby whose body was being returned to America...Sure enough, the last game they played, they were asked "Name something used for smuggling drugs." They all lost concentration and refused to say dead babies. The other family won the close game on that question. True story.
Sci-Fi writer Ray Bradbury passed this morning. http://io9.com/5916175/rip-ray-brad...&utm_source=io9_twitter&utm_medium=socialflow
Bob Welch from Fleetwood Mac. http://www.latimes.com/news/obituaries/la-me-bob-welch-20120608,0,224210.story
According to a spokesman for the Nashville Police Department, Welch was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. The spokesman said Welch's wife, Wendy, told police he had been suffering from health issues. What the heck?! Did he want to save his brain for concussion studies, too?
Well he is most remembered for family feud. However I mostremember him in one of my favorite shows. Hogans heros.. The only show that could make a nazi prisoner of war camp funny..... Ballsy....
