    Fred White, original drummer of Earth, Wind and Fire and brother of the band's founder Maurice White, dies at age 67. Maurice died in 2016, leaving only bass player Verdine from the White brothers, still playing as one of the last 3 original members of "The Elements of the Universe."

    @APPTiger Yep, John Paris can play, and so can Verdine, still. Sad to see current EWF performances though, especially after you see the energy in the video I posted (I saw that tour in BR and it was 2 1/2 hours of adrenaline). Now, even the replacements are so old they can't move, and Phillip Bailey can't hit the high notes anymore either.
