He volunteered a recollection which many had all but forgotten to aid in his point and reflection of a personal matter. You dig up a video to criticise his recollection?
It probably is, based on my experience with the member of my family who it affected the worst. He couldn't tolerate the medicine that was available long ago and he had it bad. Of course after watching the video, instead of relying on memory, I see that Ali's left hand was shaking quite a bit.
Not sure if you're being facetious, but I have to agree with COTIger, it was very difficult to see the champ suffering from Parkinson's and he shook pretty badly.
Not at all. Old school pointed out a recollection from a time long ago and his recollectioned was challenged with a video. The level of suffering was insignificant to the reality that he was indeed suffering which was pointed out. Did he really need to watch the video to properly articulate his recollection? It's like saying no, it is not an orange, but a blood orange. Well so what? It was mentioned in memory, why is it so necessary to be critical over that? A higher standard of recollection is not required. Old school was making a point, not arguing the severity of the symptom.
