I have thoroughly enjoyed the Prince tribute channel on Sirius Channel 50. I've heard tons of stuff I didn't know he wrote. If you have Sirius and haven't checked it out, do so.
Scary to think he has unreleased tunes in the thousands. I suppose it's good that we will get to hear some of it but maybe he didn't release it because he thought it sucked and it will be sad to watch the sister/family push it on the public for the sake of money.
Totally agree. However, I imagine it is all good, but being a perfectionist, he thought it wasn't "just right/perfect". My brother is a longtime musician. He has hundreds of songs recorded that I have copies of that are fantastic, but he thinks they aren't good enough. Musicians are just too critical sometimes.
