Never understood that either. I dated a woman that was 4-foot 10 once and she was great. She made you feel like Gonad The Barbarian when you were with her.
I have nothing against short women. Its short men who have some kind of ego problem. I think its called short man syndrome
I was being sorta facetious....an unexpected opportunity to let you fine people know what I think about Jagger. I suppose rich and famous does rank #1 for some although when they met, Ms. Scott had a bit of both for herself. And she isn't just "tall"....6'3" is near amazonian from a female perspective. The pool of likewise tall eligible men is very short. Either date an NBA player or fuggetaboutit.
Or just get used to looking down at men. But really . . . a woman whose waist hits you in the upper chest does sound interesting. He can't even put his arm around her waist, he has to put it around her hips! Mick, you dog.
My husband has a friend from childhood that played for the 49ers in the 90's (Merton Hanks--he's not the VP of operations/uniform standards for the NFL.) Merton is 6'3". His wife, however, is 6'5". They met when they were both at Iowa (she played basketball--duh...) She was a sight to behold at their 20-year high school reunion in '06. She was at one time a model, was even in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. She walked in on his arm, all 6'5" of her in 6 inch heels, with a blond afro that damn-near touched the ceiling of the club where the reunion was held. Then, she stood in the corner with me all night, talking about books her then-middle school aged daughters should be reading and comparing knee surgery scars with me.
You would have to have a Heart of Stone not to feel some Sympathy for the Devil. Mick must be Shattered. Maybe he'll find another Honky Tonk Woman in time but You Can't Always Get What You Want
I remember being on the riverboat in New Orleans back in the late 80's. I was standing at the top of the stairs when I saw Brooke Shields and her bodyguard coming up the stairs. So I just watched her come up and up and up . . . and up! She got to the top and was looking down at me. Yeah she was wearing huge heels, but she is definitely over 6 feet tall.
