I think they are trying to make a splash with the color schemes right now but what they are really trying to sell is the material, pads, physical feel/design etc. of the uniform.

I mean think about it, how many schools are going to let Nike screw up their traditional color schemes like Oregon did. I could see us moving to the "Combat" series as long as the traditional color scheme remains the same.

I challenge the fact that the guy that made this is a "fan." He may be another word that starts with fa but certainly not a fan.

I doubt any uniform similar to VT is what we'll see. So far, comparing all of the unis that have been released or leaked, NONE look alike. The only element I've seen on multiple uniforms is the stupid spirograph scribbles on the shoulders for VT, tOSU and TCU.

I think the CEO of Nike or Co founder is an Oregon Alum.

He is, Nike donates everything to their athletic department for free. Part of the reason they are willing to let everything get screwed up. Saves them a whole lot of money.

The closer I looked at the ones with the old gold, it became more apparent that it was also photshopped. I'm just going to wait on an official statement from Nike or LSU before I start over reacting to all these photoshopped uniforms being circulated.

I personally love this...the helmet actually looks gold rather than yellow. The only thing I would love is to see the helmet be white:



I think UT's all white scheme is sick and the purple really pops on an all white uniform.

I was hoping for a solid white with that helmet, but Nike was going to make something new for the helmet.

Looks a lot like UW with the actual gold helmet.
