I can literally taste a hangover right now. I, unlike you, always pick LSU to lose so i feel better if they actually do. It sucked when it came down to the Final Four and I missed 750 bones by 4 points. :dis: stupid me.
You've been to The Garage too? How many "old friends" shots did yo take. That is the only place in the world where I have ever heard of, or taken that shot. Pretty cool environment...I enjoyed living there. The people for the most part were very friendly and for them to except a CRAZY CA like me...that says a lot.
Lots of them...but after two long nights I cant do it anymore or Ill puke. I haven't been there in a while, but in high school we went there a lot because one of my friends worked there. But it was always awkward since it was basically the young downtown crew...and us. We still out drank those people anyways
Lived in the Tower right by the place. I practically lived in there. You have probably seen me in there before. Nov2005- MAY2006 I was a LOUD crazy guy with a shaved head and I always bought a round for the whole place. I hope to be there for the Senior Bowl. It was horrible weather last year. I was supposed to come to the game in T-town but one of my friends is getting married that day...we are not happy with him.:nope: Scheduling his wedding on the day we play Nick Satan and the Tide is dang near sac religious.
I hear ya. it was probably one of my favorite places to go after work though. loved that garage door they opened when the sun was going down. great place to catch the parades too.
Welcome BamaMike. This is a great forum. Of course, all LSU fans here are passionate. Some will speak their heart, other their minds. Many will speak without their minds. Can't wait till the game. Kick back and enjoy some conversation and ribbing before the game in 11 days. We have many an outside fan that have a good time here. :thumb:
I can throw my hat into the Garage ring, too. When in town we would start there and then walk down Dauphin Street to the main bar area... good times. In fact, we have encountered several celebrities including a local news anchor, Kenny Stabler, several NFL coaches among others. In fact, I think I saw Al Roker leaving the Oyster House on Dauphin Street one night while walking between the bars. Sorry Loco, can't remember your face... or yesterday for that matter.
Objectively speaking, yes.. I know they are. Not objectively speaking... your coach is a poop face. :yelwink2: ... Welcome to the board however! :thumb:
It's cool man. I've walked that path of destruction you are talking about many times! Always wound up in Grand Central of upstairs of Martini's. Kind of like a mini Bourbon Street without all the filth.
