Well, correct. DUH. Why should that surprise you? How does that buttress any argument you're trying to make? Do you disagree with George Washington's cause? Do you disagree with Jefferson's declaration that "governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."?

If you agree with Jefferson's declaration you have to agree that the citizens of the southern states had every right to secede once having withdrawn their consent to be governed by the prevailing central power.

It's amazing that you can't see the similaries between revolutionaries in the late 1700's and revolutionaries in the mid 1800's. The only difference between George Washington and Robert E Lee is one of them lost.

Ol rexy is funny but he suffers from a severe case of delusions of grandeur. Poor fella is so self absorbed he can't see how idiotic the nonsense he types is. He has to be in middle school as that's about the level he seems to be on. Like the middle school kids get told every day.....the beautiful thing about truth and lies is it doesn't matter how many times rexy repeats the same lies.....they are still lies.....and regardless of how many times he denies the truth.....it's still the truth. He's been thoroughly beaten over and over but it is hilarious how he keeps coming back with the same nonsense.

The location of the Lee Statue, Lee Circle, has been a popular New Orleans meeting place for years. Conveniently located between uptown garden district and the colleges as well as downtown and the French Quarter. "Meet me at Lee Circle" has been spoken countless times by New Orleans residents of all races and economic status. New Orleans has been majority black for a number of years so how many of those people of color met up with their friends or watch a Mardi Gras parade from the circle. Or caught a streetcar.

How many of those people of color ever thought about the statue being a racist symbol and refused to frequent the area? Not many if any at all. All this bruhaha about removing historical artifacts stems from the shooting of people in a black church by a crazy man only 2 years ago. All of a sudden it was not only Rebel flags that were deemed by the PC groupthink to be offensive, it was everything having to do with anything any wacko claimed they were offended by. Funny nobody was offended by a statue until 2015.

The shooting in South Carolina was only a pretext. Little Moon had been working on this with a few other Trotskyite white racists like Walter Issakson.

You travel a lot. Have you seen statues of Muhammad anywhere? I don't think anybody alive today knows what he looked like. Not like Jesus who everybody knows was a tall, good looking white man who looked like a rock star.
