oh and how can i forget mr. addai, the most versatile back in the conference? a great backfield has a strong 1-2 punch. a phenomenal backfield has a great 1-2-3 punch.

funny thing is, miles was once an NFL o-line coach. if he can actually improve our already stacked line...oh geez, that's scary.

actually...this season RB and CW have more collective rushing attempts (392)than they did the prior (336). Jason Campbell also had more attempts passing last season (293) to this season (270). and those stats have 13 games from this season instead of 12 from the season prior.

in that game in september we had our lowest number of attempts on the season (34, 131 yards), while you had 39, 140 yards. auburn has more average yards per carry if you look at it that way. out rushing us in that game doesn't tell how good the backs for each team are.

"We're gonna beat the crap out of you guys. That's the only thing I can give you at this point."

Sorry AUHansel, no harm intended but that was just funny! I, too, come in peace. Good stuff all around.

Welcome to the forum. Let some of us show you some civility. Honestly, none of us are experts or fortune tellers. All the teams can do is suit up and take the field and let the cards fall where they may.

You have a good coach and good players and are just a blessed as we are.

    Good luck in 05....

    :)

    Thanks, Tirk.

I'll explain the moniker. Born at a young age in Pensacola, son of a sharecropper....................well anyway, Folks are both Tarheel grads, I went to Bama but still love LSU and the whole vibe in those parts. I live in Atlanta so I went to the Peach Bowl in 2000 (awesome atmosphere, LSU fans were there in force) and the SECCG in '01 (anytime UT gets a beat down I try to be there!). That being said I still have bruises from kicking myself for not getting down to nola for the title game last year but we were moving, etc.. So there you have it. I did see Nick when he spoke in atlanta for the touchdown club a couple years ago and have gone to a couple games down on the bayou as well. Again, this is a great board and hopefully MIles will keep everyone happy for a long time. Btw, good catch with RP!
