    ...meaning more on-side kick attempts? hmm, that would be interesting. Or just more knuckle balls bouncing at and over the opponent?

    Both would bring more to the game. Would really get the OC's strategy off keel.

    Teams that can't get hang time might decide to just bounce it hard down the field to keep the returner from getting to it quickly . . . or perhaps to force a blocker to return it.

    because of the imediate start of the clock and all, i think we will see some return teams (team b) not quite ready and set when the ball goes airborn.

    Disciplined players will be needed. If you end up with some sort of lame excessive celebration penalty or personal foul after a PAT and it gets assessed on the kick off you are going to be very deep in your own territory.

    And LSU\MSU are going to be the first two teams to showcase the new rule on national TV. It makes our first game that much more interesting.
