You might think it's bs, but it's not unconstitutional. Not sure what republican or democrat has to do with it - both parties suck on this issue and have for a long time in an attempt to get votes. Neither have addressed the real issue, which is secure the damn border.

The federal government has the jurisdiction over the enforcement, not the states, thats why it will be reversed. Its just like the bs healthcare lawsuits brought on by some states.

one side is claiming its constitutional, the other claims it is not. likely that the sc will decide.

Possibly true, if it conflicted with the federal enforcement. But this would make it incumbent on the federal government to actually enforce their duties in Arizona or be guilty of malfeasance. The courts must be careful or Arizona will have a case to force the federal government to crack down regardless of party politics.

Yes, but it is right on the top of his head. This is a national issue, not a "continental" issue.

no, he doesnt. wars, boundaries, etc.... that sh*t happens. deal with it. if dude had a point, turn over canada to em too. dude is saying what we know a good many of the immigrants want. they dont want to be in america so much as they just want america to be an extension of mexico.

that makes about as much sense as the arizona legislature finding swastikas smeared on their windows out of refried beans. and yes, that did happen. it was in one of the articles.

When I use the words "I think," I'm clearly indicating that I'm telling you what I am thinking. You may not like the conclusions that I reach, but they are my conclusions, not yours, and you are completely free to respond to them. It's a completely normal process. It's how we probe and figure out if we understand each other. And no, you do not always speak your mind clearly.
