If you buy him because he is different, or you just like him whatever, I'm betting it is because you are buying the rhetoric, a bunch of impossible rhetoric. Good for you.

 

I buy him because it has brought out the worst our party. He can't stop until it's exposed for all to see.

why are the Dems NOT making a huge deal out of Bernie. He's an outright socialist.

Good question. In my case it because of how he is being portrayed and the response he gets. In a recent poll 43% of democrats called themselves socialists. That is worrisome. I don't think he will win the nomination or would he win an election but if he and his ideas is accepted as a serious part of our political dialogue I am concerned.

Bernie isn't a threat because hrc knows he can't beat her

 

Trump hasn't started on Hilary yet.

Every time trump debates someone and attacks them, his number rise.

Trump is also polling up nationally without attaching HRC.

The end is near fried.

 

Then you aren't paying attention, he has been all over her, did you see the bathroom thing? He also said she got "schlonged" oh he is getting after her alright but she doesn't care because she knows she beats him.

I agree, the end is very near if we have to choose between hrc and this dickhead.

 

I think what you are failing to realize is that there is a ceiling for how many voters Trump will gain by shouting people down, using racial undertones, demagoguery or running for the Presidency without actual policy positions. That number is about 35-40% of Republicans but in the general election that only accounts for about 20% of voters. IMO Trump's absolute ceiling in the general election is 40%. There are too many conservatives, including my own family members, who have been vocal about the fact that they will never vote for the guy.

More than the Presidency I think the Republican party is worried that it will cost them even more dearly down ballot with the Senate teetering on the verge of going back to the dems and gaining 15-20 seats in the house.
