well, theres your problem right there....you were driving a ford in this case...its found on road destroyed
I have the same truck. I feel your pain. I used to be a Chevy guy but the F150 made me a Ford Trucker.
I test drove a new F150 before I bought my Chevy. When I stomped on the gas in the Ford there was a slight hesitation before it responded but the Chevy took off with no hesitation at all. I used to have an 87 F150 that I bought new with a stick shift. I had to replace 5 or 6 clutches while I had it and no, I didn't drive it like I was racing in NASCAR's Craftsman Truck Series. It makes me want to get one of those window stickers with Calvin pissing on a Ford. I have also owned Dodge trucks that I liked better than the Ford.
Just traded my Ford F150 4x4 off road for a new Dodge Ram Hemi... Best decision I ever made, That truck drives like a car, has great pickup, seats 4 very comfortably and it looks great. I love it..... Got it at Grapevine Dodge.
