Not as good as last year. But please break down each of the staff, what else do you have to do? I have time. Has Jennings improved, Mike Detillier said the other day that he has. Don't listen to me, take if from someone who see this everyday. Another NFL scout said the same thing, he has improved over the year. Kids don't get coaching in high school, none to speak of, then they go to camps, some help. Think they get help at the Mannings camp? Not much, but it is a camp. Lots of 7 on 7 camps, but little help. This is the most coaching the kid has seen since hes started playing ball. Mett talks almost every week with Cam, ask Mett who did the most for him? Someone asked Jarvis Landry about learning the NFL system, his reply was, easy, cause we ran much of the same at LSU. I can find you these on YouTube if needed, an the write-ups if you want?
Can you admit Jennings improved? Cam did the best with what he had, like I said strengths. I gave you statistics, when I do, you want to pass them aside. That stats show we had as good a season or better than Barn, A&M, Tenn, Fla, Ark, USCe, etc. Only 5 SEC teams had better season than LSU. Not bad for no QB, as many call, the number of returning lettermen and playing so many True and Red-Shirt Freshmen.
As long as we're being honest . . . look who Cameron had to work with last year--a senior NFL draft pick. This year he had a true freshman and a sophomore with one game under his belt. Apples and oranges, amigo. 8 wins in the SEC West with what he had to work with is an accomplishment, even if disappointing to fans.
Jarvis tweeted the other day giving props to his WR coach at LSU. Don't remember the name. Brett, dam, you've expanded your coach hate to the assistants. Two of Saban's former LSU assistants recently lost their HC jobs so I guess his aren't worth a shit either. You said 9-3 was okay at Nebraska, but apparently anything less than a National title- in the toughest conference in CFB, at that- is not good.
