Welcome to the board. you're right, if Notre Dame is going to win the game they'll need a shootout type game and an A+ effort from quinn and his wr's. you guys will also have to force mistakes.

i think our offenses are a wash and the defense will make the difference. our defense is similar to USC's but faster. i guarantee you the dome will be one of the loudest places, brady quinn and company have played....ever.

Who's Saban? Didn't he USED to coach here? Just kidding, but I just wish we could move on to the present. I like CLM. I also liked Saban, but he's dead to me now. I don't even know who he is anymore!

But Muschamp coaches at one of our most hated SEC brethren. And that's OK with you. :hihi:

Welcome to Tiger Bait. I have been saying all along that Quinn will be the best quarterback the Tigers will face this year, and I expect it to be a close game. Home field advantage could end up being a factor. I agree with the others that I just don't see ND hanging 42 points on us when no one, including Florida, has been able to put more than 26 on the Tigers. Whoever wins this game will probably not be able to do it by more than 10 points, but probably 7 points or less is more realistic. At any rate, it will be great to play ND again. We have played you 9 times and you have the edge with 5 of the wins. We hope to be able to tie things up on Jan 3. However it turns out I hope you guys enjoy New Orleans. The old gal is a little beat up, but the French Quarter is open for business.

It's OK, that's why I said "just kidding" after my statement. I watched the Miami game vs. NE yesterday. I know Nick's their coach.

And now back to our program!

IrishEyes, how is the running game this year?

If Notre Dame scores 42 on our D, I will treat you to whatever restaurant/bar you want the following day.
