Not sure how the new rule will end up being applied but as it is now, and I think this is what most schools do. Most expensive dorm plus most expensive meal plan, add together, divide by 10 or 12, and they get that much cash a month if they live off campus. Not sure what amount if any a guy gets that lives in dorm and eats from training table/meal plans.
At private schools it is 100% donors paying the entire bill!!! TCU tuition ALONE just went to 35K per year plus all the other stuff. Think baseball might have some problems with 11 1/4 ships??? Good news, most girl sports if not all are full ships, at least at TCU.
