I KNOW!!! I screamed my head off. On my feet the entire game. And we surrounded by Ole Miss fans. Oh! To be in Death Valley with about 70,000 tiger fans!!!!!!!

Hey thanks for the comments andrew. You guys have a great team this year and you guys have nothing to be down about! Go beat State and represent the SEC well in whatever bowl you might be going to!

i could have sworn that i was in tiger stadium at one point in the fourth quarter when our backs were to the wall just before they scored that touchdown. the noise was unbelievable. we seriously have the best fans in the country.

People get frisked because Mississippi is a police state. Where the hell have y'all been? Didn't you know the police rule Mississippi under system of martial law?

I too met alot of LSU fans who were very friendly. But I have to say that I've been to Baton Rouge for UM/LSU games and I've been treated very poorly by you peopleÑeven when Ole MIss kicked Tiger butt down there.

Yeah, the Grove thing is kind of overblown, but where else is there a big, campus-wide, outdoor party almost every Saturday during the Fall?

Talking with LSU fans during the game, many were shocked at the early hours the bars closed and I could only agree with them. I lived in New Orleans for a long time and I just got used to late-night revelry.
Also, many LSU fans were wondering why people were all dressed up. All I have to say about that is the de facto state religion in MS is football and going to an Ole MIss game is like going to Mass on Christmas Eve.
I wasn't dressed upÑwore shorts and a t-shirt that said "Go to hell LSU" and I got alot of evil-eyes from UM fans I know. I could hear them thinking, "you non-conformist!"

That's another thing to characterize Ole Miss and Oxford, very conformity ridden culture up there.

One of my best friends here in Memphis has 4 season tix on the east side, 50 yd line... HUGE Rebel fan!! He was caught going in with a bottle in his sock and was banned from the stadium... Was told, if he was caught in the stadium that he would be banned for life from attending ballgames there!!! His cousin is one of the team docs and he was able to talk his way back into the stadium at the team gate and snuck his way back to his seats... Needless to say, he was NOT happy, especially after the way the game turned out!!
